01-Planning Procedure
Purpose
The objective of this procedure is to
establish a reasonable plan for performing QA auditing activities on the
project level, and to be eugumented in the project from the initial stages.
This will provide a strong infrastructure for the project's success.

-Audit
points means: When to audit what and who will share the audit. -For
projects less than one month: it should be weekly or each 10 days. -For
projects grater than one month: it should be weekly or each 10 days or bi
weekly. -Audit
points should include the QA on QA. |

Ex: Check Lists and process
standard. Also the quality system
version. You should ask the QS CCB
about the latest stable version to work with. |

02-Execution Procedure
Purpose
The
objective of this procedure is to execute the QA auditing activities on the
project level according to the QA plan. Auditing and evaluating project
processes and work products are done to ensure the adherence to applicable
process description, standards and procedures as per the project’s
processes. Auditing ensures that all issues and/or deviations detected during
audit process are communicated to relevant stakeholders and that the corrective
actions are identified and documented.
